I am a teacher, a learner, and a problem solver. I have a Bachelor's degree in Education Major in English from the #1 university in the Philippines and since I graduated, I have been teaching English to students from different parts of the world. I deal with students and parents of different ages and nationalities which enhanced my communication and customer service skills.

I am also an advocate of financial literacy which is what got me interested in business, particularly in the e-commerce industry. The world is going digital and it is up to us to keep up. To have the necessary skills and gain hands-on experience as an Amazon VA, I trained under the Amazon Virtual Assistant Masterclass. As an Amazon VA, my mission is to partner with entrepreneurs in growing their businesses and providing value to customers by utilizing proven strategies and digital tools. It is important to be a critical thinker to produce research-based plans and make data-driven decisions for a business's success.
